Window film & glass work in Lower Parel East
East of the railway line, Lower Parel is more residential than the mill-district side — tall redevelopment towers around Currey Road and Chinchpokli with large balcony glazing, plus older buildings and trade premises. Sun control on upper floors and privacy film on lower ones is the usual split.

- Why do lower floors and upper floors get different film here?
- Because they have different problems. Upper floors in these towers get unshaded sun and want heat rejection. Lower floors are overlooked by neighbouring buildings and the road, so privacy matters more than heat. Quoting one film for a whole flat stack usually means someone is paying for the wrong thing.
- Can film go on balcony glass and railings?
- Yes — balcony glazing and glass railings both take film. Railing glass is often toughened, which is fine for film, and frosted film on it is a common request where a balcony is overlooked from the side. We check the glass type during the site visit before specifying.
